Delete your Wizkyds account

Delete in the app

Sign in as the parent, open Parent → Privacy & parental controls, verify with the device biometric, PIN, pattern, or password, and choose Delete account. If device authentication is unavailable, sign in to the parent account again. A parent can also delete an individual child profile or withdraw parental consent.

Request deletion outside the app

Email privacy@wizkyds.com from the parent account email with the subject “Wizkyds account deletion request.” Tell us whether to delete the parent account or a specific child profile. We may verify account ownership.

What is deleted

Full account deletion removes the parent account data we control, child profiles, quiz answers, progress, generated speech files and metadata, and Wizkyds purchase-customer data and raw receipt records. Google Play and payment providers may retain transaction records under their own legal duties. Withdrawing consent deletes child data but preserves the parent account and purchase entitlement.

Timing and limited retention

Primary data controlled by Wizkyds is deleted within seven days of a verified request. Resend retains sent-email data for 30 days. Deleted Cloudflare D1 rows can remain in disaster-recovery Time Travel for up to 30 days depending on plan, and Supabase recovery windows, if enabled, can be 7, 14, or up to 30 days. Recovery copies are isolated from ordinary use. We may retain minimal consent/deletion evidence and financial records required by law, without the child profile.
