Delete your Wizkyds account

How to request deletion

1. Email kirentps@gmail.com from the email address used for your Wizkyds parent account.
2. Use the subject “Wizkyds account deletion request”.
3. State whether you want the entire parent account deleted or only a specific child profile and its learning data.

We may ask you to confirm account ownership before processing the request.

Data deleted

For a full account deletion, Wizkyds deletes the parent account data we control, associated child profiles, quiz answers, learning progress, generated speech metadata and files, and Wizkyds entitlement records linked to the account. A child-profile-only request deletes that child profile and its associated learning data.

Data that may be retained

Transaction records held by Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat, or other payment providers remain subject to those providers’ policies. We may retain limited records when required for fraud prevention, security, accounting, or legal compliance. Any retained record is kept only for the applicable required period.

Processing time

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm when the request has been processed.
