Direct Parental Notice

Digilab Solutions Pte Ltd asks for a parent's consent before collecting child information for Wizkyds. The parent—not the child—creates and controls every learner profile.

What we collect

A nickname, age, avatar and optional pronunciation supplied by the parent; quiz answers, scores and progress; and generated text-to-speech audio. We do not ask for a legal name, date of birth, child email, voice recording, location, photo, camera, contacts, social profile, or chat.

Why and who processes it

We use this information to provide learning progress and personalised speech. Cloudflare processes and stores app data and generated audio. Microsoft Azure Speech receives only the minimum nickname text needed for real-time text-to-speech. Supabase authenticates the parent. Resend sends the consent notice. RevenueCat and Google Play process parent purchases separately from child consent.

Your control

Confirmation applies to all profiles the parent creates. You may review or correct profiles, delete one profile, withdraw consent and delete all child data while keeping the parent account, or delete the full account. Primary data controlled by Wizkyds is deleted within seven days; provider recovery periods are described in the Privacy Policy.

Confirm only if you are the child's parent or legal guardian and agree to this processing. We will send a passive receipt about 24 hours later; no second action is required.
