Our approach

Wizkyds is a children’s learning app. We aim to collect the minimum information needed to provide accounts, learning features, support, and secure operation. We do not sell personal information or use third-party advertising.

Information we handle

Depending on how the app is used, this may include a parent account identifier, child profile details entered by a parent, quiz progress, purchase entitlement information, device and diagnostic information, and temporary voice-processing data. Voice input is processed to provide the requested feature and is not intended to be retained as a child voice recording.

Where information is processed

Authentication is provided by Supabase Auth. Application data and learning services are provided through Wizkyds’s Cloudflare Worker, D1, and R2 infrastructure. Payment entitlement events are handled through the relevant app-store and RevenueCat services.

Children and parental choices

Parents or guardians should supervise use and manage account, profile, purchase, and deletion choices. Wizkyds does not knowingly request personal information directly from children. Contact the team through the support channel associated with your app account to ask about access, correction, or deletion.
