Parent agreement

Wizkyds is operated by Digilab Solutions Pte Ltd. Only a parent or legal guardian may register, create learner profiles, manage purchases, or make privacy choices. Children do not receive accounts or credentials.

The service

Wizkyds is an educational app for children ages 2–12 with quizzes, learning progress, child-friendly avatar speech, and parent-managed paid content. It supplements but does not replace formal education and does not guarantee a particular learning outcome.

Acceptable use

Use Wizkyds only for personal, lawful, educational purposes. Do not bypass parent controls, interfere with the service, access another family's information, or use the app unlawfully.

Accounts and purchases

The parent is responsible for account credentials, device security, profile accuracy, supervision, and purchases. Paid products use the applicable app store and its billing, refund, and cancellation rules.

Privacy

Before creating a learner profile, the parent must review the direct notice and provide the required consent. The app has no third-party advertising, social profile, public chat, microphone recording, or location collection. Read the Privacy Policy.

Availability, changes, and liability

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or updates. To the extent permitted by law, Wizkyds is provided “as is.” Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. We will notify parents of material changes.
